Challenge
DynamixGroup (www.dynamixgroup.co.uk)
a second generation accountancy firm opened a second
office and required a mechanism to allow the group
to be able to communicate, share information, manage
resources and stay in contact from any location.
Solution
CohereIT
worked closely with Dynamix Group to configure their
CohereMail
solution. The solution was discussed then integrated
into the Dynamix Group operations. The solution
allows for them to access and work on all their key
documents, manages their office diaries, sharing of
documents both internally and with customers, group
contacts as well as community message boards and
instant messaging.
Results
Using the CohereMail
solution Dynamix Group has been able to expand it’s
business to a second location quickly and with out
any of the problems normally associated with having
multiple offices. They are now able to work
effectively from any location (not just the two
offices) and are realizing all the benefits online
collaboration brings to a modern business. Customer
documents can be accessed from anywhere, calendars
viewed and updated from multiple locations,
telephone charges between the offices reduced
through the use of the instant messenger. CohereIT
highlighted early on the busy nature of the
DynamixGroup and designed a training regime that
allowed users to access all the functionality at an
early stage with the ability to attend formal
training as and when they felt there was a
requirement.
