Challenge
East Kent Audi (www.eastkentaudi.co.uk)
was looking to aggressively drive their web based
sales and improve their internal communication. They
had highlighted that quick response to customer
leads was key in making sure that every lead has the
greatest chance of becoming a sale. Their existing
email solution was overloaded and inefficient with
emails being delayed inbound and outbound by up to 3
days.
Solution
Working closely with EKA CohereIT
implemented their CohereMail
solution for 60 users across 4 sites in just 1 day.
The solution was configured and integrated into the
existing sales process improving at all levels the
visibility of the sales cycle. The solution allowed
for sales leads to be delivered via email into
shared mailboxes where the next available sales
person could pick up the enquiry and respond quickly
to the customer. The solution also manages sales
person and delivery drivers diaries, marketing
mail outs, group and personal contacts, group and
community message boards as well as instant
messaging.
Results
Using CohereMail
EKA were able to quickly and efficiently respond to
sales leads generated. The ability for them to
respond quickly and from any Internet connected
device has been instrumental in them delivering
their highest ever week on week sales volume. In
addition they have noticed a significant improvement
in internal communication by using the message board

staff attended the users sites and undertook 1 on 1
training with all the users ensuring they were
comfortable with the key features. CohereIT
delivered the configured system to EKA on time and
within budget allowing EKA to immediately start
reaping the benefits.
